The three Villas, two of which have been completely renovated recently (Holiday Home Cir 19082044B400763) and a third completed in 2021 with 4 accommodations for tourist use (Unit 1 Cir 19082044C217079, Unit 2 Cir 19082044C217077, Unit 3 Cir 19082044C217 806, Unit 4 Cir 19082044C217843) are rented only jointly and together with external services; they are located a few minutes from the center of Cefalù, near the Gorgo Lungo beach. The structure has 9 bedrooms, with 9 bathrooms, divided into 6 residential units equipped with kitchens, for a total of 33 beds.

They are surrounded by large green spaces allowing their guests a pleasant, silent and relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms are large, bright and equipped with all comforts: independent air conditioning, satellite television.
Outside there is a large garden equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, two swimming pools (with protective barrier) which can be used from March to November and on request also in winter: one for adults mt. 8×16 with a depth of up to 2.40 meters (the largest private swimming pool in the area) and one for children, m. 4×6, 0.70 meters deep (heated), which, being equipped with a hydromassage, can also be used by adults.
The smaller pool can only be heated with a minimum of one week’s notice, and an extra contribution of Euro 200 per week to be paid in cash upon arrival.
From the end of 2023 the structure will be equipped with a private spa, with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, heated Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, relaxation area, with dedicated staff and at a cost of Euro 100 per hour.

The first two Villas (A and B) on the first floor have 2 bedrooms each, with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and a bathroom each, on the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining-living room with bathroom; additional single sofa beds for a total of 11 beds and 4 bathrooms.

The third Villa on the ground floor is divided into 3 independent units consisting of kitchen, bedroom with double beds or single beds (according to preferences) and bathroom with shower, while on the first floor, with an external staircase, there is a fourth unit with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds or single beds (according to preferences) and 2 bathrooms with shower;
possibility of additional single sofa beds for a total of 22 beds and 5 bathrooms.

10 bicycles are available to guests;

excursions with rental boat also with skipper;
horseback riding in the woods.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of Euro 500 in cash must always be provided, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages.

The nearest sandy beach (Gorgo Lungo, 350 meters from the Villas) can be reached on foot, with bicycles available or by car and has a beach, bar, pub and restaurant; 600 meters from the Villas there is another restaurant-pizzeria, 800 meters from the villa there is a well-stocked supermarket and a bar-tobacconist, 200 meters away is the Lascari train station from which you can get there in 5 minutes by train to the historic center of Cefalù and in 45 minutes to the center of Palermo.

The deposit paid at the time of booking (25% of the rental cost) in the event of cancellation by the tenant will be returned by the owner only if the property is booked again at the same price for the same period.
The traveler can still purchase an insurance policy which reimburses the deposit paid in the event of cancellation of the booking. Check in from 4.00 pm, check out by 9.30 am. Minimum stay 7 days, unless otherwise indicated. In July and August arrivals and departures only on Saturdays.
On request, midweek cleaning and linen change service, babysitting, car rental, minibus to and from the airport.
