Accommodation for tourist use (Cir 19082044C217806) in a Villa within a larger property with two other Villas with which it shares the outdoor spaces, the two swimming pools (adults and children) and the parking lot; a few minutes from the center of Cefalù, near the Gorgo Lungo beach.
It is surrounded by large green spaces allowing its guests a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

Space
House located on the ground floor of a larger Villa, with two other independent houses on the ground floor and another on the first floor; at the entrance to this house there is a garden and a courtyard for exclusive use; inside there is an independent living-dining-kitchen room with double sofa bed, toilet, bedroom with three beds (double bed with single bed or three single beds). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher.

Access for guests
From the end of 2023 the structure is equipped with a private Spa, with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, heated Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, relaxation area: included in the daily cost of the accommodation unit are two accesses to the Spa of one hour each, also exclusively and with dedicated staff; it is possible to book relaxation massages with external staff.
The common areas that can be used are the two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children with a depth of 0.70 meters and which can be heated, and is equipped with a hydromassage for adults), the playground for children and the car park ; bikes for adults and children are also available on request.

Other things to keep in mind
The nearest sandy beach is 350 meters away; supermarket 400 meters, train station 200 meters.
Upon arrival, a security deposit in cash of Euro 150 must be handed over which will be returned upon exit if there is no damage.

200 meters away from Lascari train station from which you can reach the historic center of Cefalù in 5 minutes by train and the center of Palermo in 45 minutes.
The deposit paid at the time of booking (25% of the rental cost) in the event of cancellation by the tenant will be returned by the owner only if the property is booked again at the same price for the same period.

The traveler can still purchase an insurance policy which reimburses the deposit paid in the event of cancellation of the booking.
Check in from 4.00 pm, check out by 9.30 am.

On request, midweek cleaning and linen change service, babysitting, car rental, minibus to and from the airport.

Prices and tariffs

Rates, costs included, up to 2 people, valid from Monday to Thursday; add Euro 25 per person for each extra guest and Euro 20 per day from Friday to Sunday.
